Who We Are

Apex Capital Advisors LLC was founded in 2026 by Aziz Rehman. It offers hard money and other private financing for real estate investors, operators and developers who are buying, renovating, building or refinancing investment property.

The work starts with the business plan, not a fixed template. Before a structure is proposed, Apex looks at the asset, the borrower, the timeline and the exit, then compares the financing paths that realistically fit. The result is a better-prepared deal and a more efficient process.

Apex works on business-purpose financing only, for investment property. It does not offer consumer home loans.

What We Finance

Four loan programs cover most investor projects. Each one has its own page with the details.

Fix and Flip Loans

Short-term hard money for buying and renovating a property. Up to 92.50% of cost and up to 100% of the rehab budget. First-time investors are welcome, with a 650 minimum FICO and lower scores considered case by case.

DSCR Rental Loans

Long-term rental financing qualified on the property's cash flow, with no personal-income verification. Loan amounts from $100K to $3M+, 30-year fixed and ARM options, and cash-out refinances up to 80% LTV.

Bridge Loans

Short-term capital for a purchase that has to close quickly, a property in transition or a lease-up period. Terms are set deal by deal and carry the property until permanent financing makes sense.

New Construction Loans

Financing for ground-up and infill projects, covering up to 100% of the construction budget. Money is released in draws as construction progresses, not in one lump sum.

Founder and Managing Member

Aziz Rehman is the Founder and Managing Member of Apex Capital Advisors LLC, bringing extensive experience in mortgage lending, underwriting, and real estate investment financing. With nearly a decade of experience in the U.S. private lending market, along with a strong background in banking and credit underwriting, Aziz has worked extensively with Fix & Flip, DSCR, Ground-Up Construction, Bridge, Multifamily, and Commercial real estate transactions.

His focus is simple: understand each investment opportunity, structure the right financing solution, and help real estate investors move from opportunity to closing with confidence.
